So, I made these. I really like vietnamese summer rolls or salad rolls, but this was a lot of work and not really worth the effort. I’ll get them when I go out.
The point is that now I have all this cilantro in my fridge. Cilantro is cheap, but I still don’t like to throw food out. So I went in search of a cilantro salad dressing recipe because I also happen to be out of salad dressing.

Every year at our church retreat, I volunteer to make Saturday morning breakfast. Since we usually all arrive Friday night or Saturday morning, it’s the first big meal together. Also, I get my turn at cooking out of the way and can enjoy the rest of the weekend. Since the pancakes are made with oats, they are hearty enough to keep retreaters going until lunch time.

I found this recipe as a chocolate syrup to make chocolate milk. You can cut the recipe in half but you won’t want to.
